
Refunds and returns: If you are not completely happy with your chosen cards please ensure you return them to us within 7 days of receipt with your invoice (which comes with the order) enclosed in an envelope. We are happy to exchange or offer a refund for the cards, providing they are returned in perfect condition.
When returning cards to us we strongly advise customers to obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. ColorBlind Cards are dedicated to providing unique, quality cards to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cards, please outline the reason for rejecting our cards in a short letter so that we can work on improving our service.

Postage And Packing: Postage and packing is free to addresses within the UK.
Delivery: We aim to despatch orders within 3 days, through a first class service. In the unlikely occurrence of a delay, customers will be informed immediately however we are not responsible for postal service delays.
Acceptance Of Your Order: An order placed by a customer for a product, is an offer to buy the goods and is not binding on either the customer or ColorBlind Cards until ColorBlind Cards has confirmed acceptance of a customer’s order. Once an order is accepted ColorBlind Cards will send an order confirmation and a contract will be formed at the time at which ColorBlind Cards e-mails confirmation to the customer that their order has been accepted and is being processed (whether or not the customer receives said e-mail).
Until an order is accepted customers will have no right to the goods which they have ordered. ColorBlind Cards are entitled to cancel the contract or suspend delivery if we are unable to obtain payment.
The terms of the contract do not affect customer’s statutory rights.
